We are delighted to announce that Steve Strange from our South West Service Centre in Bristol, has become Johnston’s first UK Master Technician.
The Master Technician training program was introduced for all Johnston technicians throughout our UK service network, and takes around 5 years to complete.
Steve underwent a comprehensive training program, including internal and external technical courses, at varying levels, and other non-technical courses aimed at up-skilling the ability to handle everyday service situations. Steve’s contribution over the last few years and Johnston’s continual investment in training is really paying off, and demonstrates our commitment in providing the very best in customer service at high standards.
