Working Shift Supervisor - Welding and Fabrication - Permanent

Responsible for a designated Team of Team Leaders, Operators and Welders the successful applicant will be a team player who is able to supervise and work to workshop schedules and production targets whilst communicating problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Working closely with the teams of laser programming, production planning and manufacturing, you will be required to attend meetings, reporting problems and taking away action points to disseminate to your team.

Good all round technical knowledge (including welding) is essential for the role.
