We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialists/Trainer who will be required to progress the skill set of the Technical Support department in the area of Technical documentation and project participation as well as being able to introduce technology into the support process. The ability to work under your own initiative as well as being creative are important parts of the role.
You will be required to support distributors, customers and Service Engineers, either on site or at Dorking. Overseas travel will be required.
The candidate will have excellent skills in MS Office and be able to compile technical documentation together with knowledge of SAP and technical publications packages.
