Welding and Fabrication Apprentices.
The ideal candidate will be required to develop a skillset to produce high standard metal components for Johnston Sweepers. You will be trained in MIG welding in both mild and stainless steel together with learning the operation of laser and brake press machines.
The requirement of being self-motivated with an interest in learning new skills is essential with a determination to achieve goals set both within the workplace and at college.

GCSE's or equivalent, including Maths, Science and English grade C or above are an essential requirement of the role.
Successful candidates will need to be available to start their training from August 2012. Previous apprentices have progressed to degree level and taken on management roles within the Company. This is a career route which will allow you to earn money whilst you study and gain qualifications.
