The successful applicant will be responsible for the processing of warranty claims from customers/to suppliers, processing complaints including internal corrective action co-ordination together with root cause analysis of material failures and leading to championing corrective action.
A working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage together with an understanding of fault finding and root cause investigation techniques.
A self-starter and logical thinker with the ability to work on your own initiative and be able to influence team commitment to quality improvement, whilst being a confident communicator. Conversant with MS Office applications.
