Service Centre Supervisor - Permanent

Based in Dorking (Surrey)

The importance of customer service is key to this role based in Dorking but with travel to customers as required. Responsible for the Service Technicians and Service Coordinator, the applicant will be delivering the highest possible levels of customer service to their region and ensure the Service Centre operates in an efficient and effective way. There is a requirement to resolve customer problems quickly and professionally whilst ensuring that Depot objectives are met and completed in an accurate and timely manner.

The candidate will possess excellent MS Office skills.
