The UniQa spreader has a choice of demount systems to suit a range of requirements to minimise changeover times. Specific attention has been paid to safety and the optimum distribution of hopper loads. The UniQa system can be supplied with a choice of removable front supports or alternatively an automatic demount format, with front guiding rollers and supports that fit into the spreader frame. Heavy duty supports are available for demounting fully laden hoppers. The UniQa Range is available with either mild or stainless steel hoppers and powered by an auxiliary engine or a chassis PTO driven hydraulic system. In addition the UniQa can be fitted with a variety of options that can be individually specified to meet the requirements of each individual user.
Ecoswave Control Systems
The new easy to operate in-cab operatoracirceurotrades panel provides complete control of the spreaderacirceurotrades functions including distribution pattern, width and application rate. Additionally via GPS, this module also integrates the route management and data acquisition system.
The spreader feeding system is provided by a rubber belt driven by Adipreneacircbdquocent coated steel rollers. Material is conveyed to the rear of the hopper where a rotating blade crusher/feeder reduces the size of any clumps and regulates the flow of material to the spreading mechanism. Safety relief valves protect the hydraulic system for the distribution mechanism.
