Technical Support Manager

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Manager with responsibility for ensuring that Johnston Sweepers Ltd provide the highest level of technical support and training to support all our products worldwide. With the support of a small team, the purpose of this role is to ensure all users, maintainers and distributors of our products are able to access the highest level of technical support. 

The main element of this role is to ensure specialist technical support is constantly available such that, at short notice we are able to investigate and implement repairs of any product supplied by us and to ensure the life long support of our products with accurate and up to date spare parts information.  We deliver specialist training globally to the highest possible standard.  Our training courses are aimed at maintainers and equipment mounting specialists and they are delivered across the world.  The purpose of the department is to provide all customers, employees and distributors with assistance to resolve problems quickly, efficiently and professionally.
