Technical Specialist

We have a vacancy for a Technical Specialist in our Technical Support Department.  The role is to provide technical support to colleagues, customers and export distributors in relation to the products we’ve supplied.  The level of support provided varies from telephone, to e-mail to on-site support.

The successful candidate will be from a service engineer / service technician background ideally with experience of working on Johnston Sweeper products.  Experience of similar products may be acceptable.  A thorough and enquiring approach is essential, as is the ability to communicate at all levels.  This role is a significant link between our manufacturing and engineering departments as well as customers and distributors of our products.  The ability to travel in the UK and overseas at short notice is essential.
