From steel coming in, to the Sweeper driving off the production line, quality is assured at every stage of the manufacturing process.

Johnston sweepers use the latest CNC laser cutting machines which operate 24/7 to easily support the peaks and troughs of production. Investment in CNC brake presses and pyramid rollers ensure components are produced to a consistently high standard.

Welding is carried out using robotic welding systems and finished through traditional welding techniques which are integral to a quality product.

With the installation of a state-of-the-art powder coating paint plant; components are treated via this process ensuring the highest level of durability of each component. Parts are shot blasted, chemically cleaned, dried and painted. Quality is monitored and tested regularly with all components meeting the 1000 hour scratch and salt test.
